PRIVACY POLICY // ZERO PAYLOAD STORAGE

Effective Date: November 2026 • Architectural Privacy Guarantee

[ ARCHITECTURAL CORE: 100% IN-MEMORY CLIENT-SIDE EXECUTION ]

All QR code generation, Wi-Fi credential encoding, vCard assembly, VietQR generation, 1D barcode rendering, and camera/file scanning execute strictly inside your local browser runtime memory (HTML5 Canvas & Web Workers). Your sensitive passwords, payment details, Wi-Fi keys, and scanned contents are NEVER stored on server disks, NEVER logged in any permanent database, and NEVER transmitted to third parties.

1. Information We Never Collect

  • We do NOT transmit or record the contents of your generated QR codes or barcodes.
  • We do NOT store bank account numbers, beneficiary names, transfer amounts, or payment memos entered for VietQR.
  • We do NOT retain camera video feeds, uploaded barcode snapshots, or scanned payloads.
  • We do NOT use persistent cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

2. Anonymous Telemetry & Operational Metrics

To ensure high service availability, monitor abuse, and allocate infrastructure capacity, our systems record lightweight, anonymous operational telemetry via non-blocking background beacons:

  • Action Type: The tool function triggered (e.g., generate_qr, generate_barcode, scan_qr, vietqr).
  • Code Type: The generic format identifier processed (e.g., url, wifi, vcard, code128, ean13).
  • Export Format: The download format requested (e.g., png, svg, clipboard).
  • Client IP Address: Recorded for rate limiting and DDoS mitigation, capturing reverse-proxy headers without associating with personal identity.

3. Local Browser Storage & Camera Permissions

Camera Feed: When utilizing the live scanner, video frames are processed instantaneously frame-by-frame in browser volatile memory using Web APIs. No video or image data is ever uploaded or retained.

Cross-Tool Pipeline: When you choose to pipe a generated QR asset to Image Studio, the binary image blob is temporarily placed in your browser's local IndexedDB (ImageStudioUnifiedPipelineDB). It never leaves your machine.
