By accessing or utilizing QR & Barcode Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you should discontinue use immediately.
1. Nature of the Service
QR & Barcode Studio is provided as a zero-disk, client-side utility suite for developers, merchants, and individuals to create, format, customize, and scan optical machine-readable data codes including QR Codes, VietQR Napas banking codes, and 1D Barcodes. All rendering occurs locally on the client machine.
2. VietQR & Payment Disclaimer
VietQR generator outputs standardized EMVCo payload strings in accordance with Napas guidelines. The user is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the beneficiary bank account number, bank code, and amount prior to printing or displaying payment codes. QR & Barcode Studio does not process financial transactions, does not act as a payment intermediary, and bears no liability for misdirected bank transfers.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
